The most expensive thing in your business is fixing the wrong problem.
Digital Dish helps established service businesses see how their marketing, sales, systems and customer experience actually work together, then fix what’s really holding growth back. Every engagement starts with a diagnosis.

20+ years in digital strategy and execution, customer experience and growth, working with small businesses and not-for-profits through to national brands, including:
Ford · Harvey Norman · Rebel Sport · Myer · Air NZ · Mitre 10 · Masterfoods · Canteen · Cerebos Greggs
Does this sound familiar?
Everyone’s busy. So why isn’t the business growing faster?
As a business gets bigger, the pressure shows up in different places. If any of this sounds familiar, the issue probably isn’t effort.
Same problems, six months later
You’ve invested in fixes, but the same issues keep resurfacing because the root cause was never clear.
Everyone pulling in different directions
Marketing, sales and operations are all working hard, each towards their own version of success.
Hard to see what’s paying off
Money has gone into marketing, software or new staff, and it’s hard to say which of it actually moved the business forward.
Only you see the whole picture
Decisions still run through you, because nothing brings the business together in one clear view.
Why this matters
“You can’t fix a growth problem
by treating each part separately.”
Marketing, sales, systems and customer experience are all connected. When each one is looked at on its own, it’s hard to know what will make the biggest difference. That’s why I look at the business as a whole.

Foundations
What the business is trying to achieve, and why.
Systems
How the business actually runs, day to day.
Customer journey
How people find you, enquire, buy and stay.
Offers
What you sell, how it’s priced and what you promise.
How it works
Diagnose first. Then build what the business actually needs.
Every engagement starts the same way, whether it ends in a few focused changes or a full growth systems build. Each stage builds on the last.
Step 1 – Diagnose
Business Diagnosis
We step out of the day-to-day and map how the business really works: how people find you, what happens when they enquire, how your team manages opportunities, and what customers experience along the way.
Outcome: A clear view of where growth is being held back
Step 2 – Prioritise
Growth Roadmap
We map where you are today and where you want to be, then break it into 90-day phases focused on the one or two moves that will make the biggest impact first.
Outcome: Clear priorities and a team working towards the same goal
Step 3 – Build
System Build
We design and implement the growth systems the roadmap calls for, such as CRM, automation, pipelines and customer journey workflows, set up around how your business actually runs.
Outcome: Systems that support your team instead of slowing it down
Step 4 – Control
Visibility & Reporting
Clear reporting across your pipeline, customers and performance, so you can see what’s driving results and make decisions based on real data.
Outcome: Every investment has a purpose you can measure
What clients say
Real businesses. Real results.

Your guide
Hi, I’m Suz
Founder, Digital Dish – 20+ years in digital strategy & execution, customer experience & CRM
I’ve spent more than 20 years working across digital strategy and execution, customer journey, technology and growth, from small businesses through to brands like Ford Aust/NZ and Harvey Norman.
What I’ve learned is that businesses rarely need another disconnected solution. They need someone who can step back, look across the whole business, and bring marketing, sales, systems and customer experience together.
That’s why I always start with a diagnosis. I’m not here to sell you more tools or add complexity. I’m here to help you find the right problem before you invest in the wrong solution.

CRMs aren’t just for big business.
As a small business owner, you might think a CRM is something you’ll need later. In reality, it can help you manage so many of the things you’re currently juggling yourself, giving you back time, headspace and better visibility across your whole business.
For small businesses ready for a CRM
Ready to Run
Thinking about HighLevel? It’s the Swiss Army knife of business platforms, bringing marketing, automation and relationship nurturing together to help you attract, nurture and convert more customers. But that doesn’t mean it’s right for every business. Let’s work that out first. If it fits, Ready to Run gets you set up properly. If it doesn’t, I’ll help you find the right platform for your business.
